ABOUT
Buggé Ballet is a critically acclaimed ballet company based in the New York City/New Jersey region and led by founding artistic director Nicole Buggé. The company has been featured on PBS in WHYY’s Friday Arts series as a winner in Rider University’s inaugural Emerging Choreographers Competition. Buggé Ballet debuted internationally in 2014 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The company presented commissioned works at Lincoln Center and with One World Symphony in New York City.  Buggé Ballet toured in Richmond, Virginia and La Plata, Maryland where we partnered with The Studio Cooperative to perform our annual Nutcracker production. The company has been part of the curated NuDance festival in Harlem and Breaking Glass: The Emerging Female Choreographers Project. Additionally, the company has performed at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Bryant Park, The Ailey Citigroup Theater, Brookfield Place, Greenspace, Spectrum, the FAB! Festival, and at Dixon Place in New York City.
